Graduating in 1981 from Memorial High school in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Terry then went on to continue his education.

Led Memorial Chargers Football team as Captain in 1982.

Baylor University

Graduating with honors in 1985 from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a Bachelors degree in Political Science.
